Delivery Information

Coffee Beans product order will be roasted on the same day if it is placed before 12:00, Monday to Friday, and will be available for pickup after 17:00, otherwise the order will be roasted within 1 working day. Order will be shipped within 1 working day once the roast is completed. For other products, shipping will be arranged within 2 working days. If you have not received your products within 5 working days, please contact us via Whatsapp or email. Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only local shipping is available.

We use SF Express to ship our products, shipping fee depends on the weight of products and will be calculated at the checkout page. Free SF Express delivery is available for order over HKD 200.00 (Gift Card / Cash Coupon is not included).
